Pre-evaluation questionnaire that will allow you to share detailed information about your sleep goals and your child's sleep routines and habits, 2.) 90-minute Zoom call discussing the sleep routines, habits, and approaches you would like to use and adapt to fit your and your newborn's needs. 3.) Assessment of your nursery and sleep setup. 4.) 30-minute follow-up Zoom sessions for 15 weeks to provide ongoing support. 5.) Unlimited email and messaging support as needed. 6.)
